» Villamagic has 5 bedrooms plus a sofa bed/sleeper sofa and will sleep a maximum of 12 people in comfort. Small infants can be catered for with the aid of cribs/cot beds.

» A travel cot, high chair and pushchair/stroller are available in the villa free of charge.

» Prices include all Local Taxes, Sales tax & Tourist tax.

» Payments by credit card have a 4% Paypal fee added.

» Stays of less than 6 days will incur an additional £75/$110 cleaning charge.

» Pool heating is available at a charge of £110/$175 per week.

» This house has a large screen TV with DVD/VCR located in the main living area, aswell as TVs in all the bedrooms!  A Games Room with 8' Pool Table, Air Hockey, Foosball and a Playstation 2 is also provided.

» Booking Extras are available. These include: A Gas BBQ at £20/$35 per week; Safe at £12/$20 per week; Mid-stay clean at £75/$110 and welcome packs from £35/$50. ( Please note prices are subject to change )

» Discounts are available for "long lets" at the owners' discretion.

» A provisional booking may be held for 7 days pending receipt of a completed booking form and payment of a deposit. 

OTHER INFORMATION

»  Local telephone calls are free. For long distance calls the telephone service will accept credit cards or phone cards, bought easily at local supermarkets.

» The house is fully equipped with smoke detectors, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers and ceiling fans. This is in addition to the air conditioning system that gives optimum temperature control to every room in the house. There is also a portable pool guard for child safety.

» The property operates a strict NO SMOKING policy, although smoking is allowed within the confines of the pool & patio area.

» A friendly local management company will be on hand during your stay.
